OK, here goes. I used to have an LX3 and I sold it to my brother-in-law. Loved the camera but was not satisfied with the image quality. I own a D3 and have lots of experience with taking pictures, but I am still learning as we all should. The D3, however, is a camera that gets many looks especially when I take it to places like Olive Garden or even my children's school (I feel like I need a press pass or something). Being obsessed with image quality and speed, I am hesitating at purchasing a GF1 because I believe the micro 4/3 format still has a long way to go. Any opinions as to the operation of the GF1 (shutter lag/focus speed/image quality) would be greatly appreciated. Any insight into when the GF2 will come out would also be greatly appreciated. Take care everyone.
