I wasn't aware there was a Voigtlander 19-35. I may be wrong, but I thought their only lens in a Nikon mount is the new 125 macro.
Cosina (who make Voigtlander) do have a 19-35, but I don't think it's made as a Voigtlander lens. In general, the Voigtlander stuff is much better regarded than the Cosina brand product. The Cosina is very similar to a number of lenses, including thre Vivitar 19-35 (they may all be the same lens, just re-badged).
I have a Vivitar 19-35 and for the money I'd say it's quite good. Quite sharp, but prone to flare and vignetting when used at wide apertures. The lens feels quite solid, and autofocus performance is excellent.

You're talking about a lens that I have. (and sell by the way, quit a lot too) first thing, The voigtlander 19\35 is the same lens as the cosina, they come rollin' out of the same oven. I don't know about the vivitar. That's a brand not seen much in Holland, at least not new.
The lenses and image quality is quit good. scores (image quality)similar or even better as the nikon 18-35 and the cheap tokina version in a (good) german laboratory test.
That's the good point. together with the price.
On the other hand, The nikon and the tokina are much better build. They're tanks compared to the voigtlander.
The canon-version has a much better feel to it because af the built in motor.
It's a very good budget lens. you won't lose on image quality. But if you're an everyday user or you like the feel of solid metal you just might look at something else. I hear(read) tokina has an exellent pro-line wide angle 2.8
I recently purchased the Tokina 19-35 from B&H for $169 US and really like it. Nice and tight, also looks good. I've had no flare or vignetting problems, even using Hoya standard filters (as opposed to the wide angle ones I thought I would have to use). I've run several rolls of Fuji Superia 400 thru it and can heartily recommend it. I'ts really underpriced for the quality.
