I was testing a 19-35mm Vivitar series 1 lens the other day on my F-80 and SB-28 and seems to work fine but can not seem to find the answer to if it has D chip technology or just normal matrix metering? I know that Tamron has the rights to Nikons firmware and Sigma has a clone type of firmware but what is the real story about the latest Vivitar lenses?
