Duh, I finally found the menu item I needed. It was in the set-up section. Sorry for the false alarm. I left the text of the original post for reference.

"Image Size" and "Image Quality" are in the "SHOOTING" Menu and "RAW" selection is in the "Set-up" on page four.


I called my dealer and there supply had diminished to one. I picked it up this afternoon. SN 22Axxxx. The battery is fully charged. I'm ready to go, I've read the paper manual and searched the PDF version but....

I can't find how to set the camera to "RAW" or "RAW + jpg" file capture. Pressing the "RAW" button only puts me into a circular button-assignment dialogue. In the Menu "Image Size" controls "L", "M", "S" aspect options; "Image Quality" has "F", "S" options. I just cannot find "RAW" or "RAW + jpg" - LOL what am I missing .


It's still, ISO, aperture and shutter-speed, right?
