CUSTOM Plabel Makina,Super-Angulon 47mm 5.6 !;
Customized(lens is preset in a rise position - so as to shoot level,horrizontal 6x9 shots->where buildings or trees would not be slanting in-ward.)
This set-up is a mouth-full.120 film,sports style finder...needs a CLA - shutter below 1/30th sticky...way slow to staying open.Lens is kinda loose in a couple directions...
Bought it from my friend Rich.Actually - I traded my 15mm f5.6 Ai(treasure)for it - being I think I would use this more.
Remember though - I can only use in the horrizontal(landscape) position...and level...
BUT-, talk of packing a punch...I had a 50mm on my Mamiya super 23...and it was equal to a 22mm - in 35mm terms...
so I'd say this is equal to a 21mm.
Glass looks killer...deadly black.(like some Nikon and Sigma glass)
I paid $732. for my 15mm.Rich will pay the first $50.00 of the CLA.
WOW - guys - tell me what ya know,or think.(He told me 2 months ago he'd sell it for $350.) , I was just about to put my 15 in ebay,starting at 4 or 450.
So I coulda been smarter - but I wanted it NOW.!!
from his books - seems this camera was worth 7-$900.
ooooooooo....! I'll take some pics of it and show it here!!!!!
Very VERY HAPPY DAY / Larry
WOW - got some pics - NO scatches on glass,and on second pic...NOTE;
-> I SQUARED MYSELF TO THE RECTANGLE OPENING(FLAT -NOT ANGLED RIGHT,LEFT OR...) ;
so you can see exactly the rise/offset of the squared/not tilted lens.wow;hot tamalli !

OK - I know the lens is slightly loose,front middle and back(focusing mecinism),and I know this is a specialized camera - in that it has a permanant rise(horrizontal possition),and the lens is no good below a 1/30th,and condition is like 6.
but, any guestimations on value? I would have had to wait long to buy it at his price of $350.00(he had one other guy interested).
I did some research - this is kinda like a Brooks Variwide,but mine has the 5.6 instead of the f8.
Also mine is set to only shoot with one possition rise.
Anyone that has had a similar camera - tell me your thoughts,
And what would a CLA cost on this....speeds,cleaning and tightning?
Can be used as is(I guesstimate -no lightleaks)(lens is not dangerously loose...(only slight movement...).
Bought 2 rolls of 400...they only had color.
I DID NOT PLAN ON DOING ANY FILM SHOOTING but,bought a Yashica 124G,a Zeiss 521a(near top con.,w/Tessaar'T"),and now this camera!!!!
But being I can get scanned to CD...I'm back in the game.
Chime in!! / Happy day / Larry

I may have got a good buy,but mine's in ragged condition,but with a faster lens (and preset rise);
Check price compair ,mine X my condition,by this one in top condition,and it's stuff ;
I also just researched -> Ken Rockwel - Brooks Variwide 100(6x9 X 47mm lens)= an 18mm @ 35mm conversion...100 equalling 100 degrees.
I thought it was equal to a 20 to 21mm. Either way = joy!!
found out more!,main(1st)model had centered lens- 47mmf8,second model was with the clumsy Mamiya 6x7 back and 47mm f5.6,and the 3rd model was back to 6x9 ,with 47 f5.6 but with shift options!
I may have the best of all three! Guy that put this together is now 90 years old and lives in Retirerment living,Rich won't give me his #,but so far ;
I have figured out EVERYTHING with this camera...
I have film,but also a bad cold...so, not going to go shooting yet.
I hope to go to Grants Pass OR - for some minor building shooting.
OK - further checking ...sure seems I have the 6x10(55x91),rather than the 6x9(55x85)...again ...for the good of wide...
this guy set up a nice camera.!

But THIS camera is going to have big awesome wide image ...corrected for upper look).
This camera has awesome potential !
