I have a Manfrotto 161-mkii tripod

http://www.dvtapes.co.uk/cgi-bin/store2/commerce.cgi?product=TRIPOD.htm&pid=262

and a manfrotto 160 view camera head

http://www.fotosense.co.uk/shop_details.asp?productid=1710&productName=Manfrotto_160_Heavy_Duty_Universal_View_Camera_Head

I am currently using for my LF camera setup. But I would like to use this tripod for my sigma 300-800 with Wimberly head. My problem is how do I remove the current head that is attached to the tripod??

please advise...
