Hello...

What is the minimum workable tripod for an F5?? I know that JRP likes Bogen/Manfrotto and I really like the Manfrotto Carbon One, but that is just not realistic until after TAX TIME (April 15)....

The biggest potential lens for this tripod would be either an 80-200 AF-S or the 80-400mm VR...I still cannot decide on which lens.

Somewhere in the future I will get a big Gitzo, but for now, the combination Kirk BH-1 and Carbon One 440 are still a bit out of my immediate price range.

Any advice is appreciated!!!

Thanks...
