Had a quick search for this head and found this site which sell it.
From what I've read in the description, it has a all-in-one locking mechanism. Seems like a good idea at first but if you have your F5 with the 80-200 (tripod collar) attached to it... you might wish for something which can give you independent locking control in the various axes of rotation and tilt. As a minimum, I would think something which at least de-couples the panning motion from the tilting motions.
I use to have something like that before I got my Gitzo off-centre head and with my system (F100+MB-15 with 80-200mm or 17-35mm), it was always frustrating to have to re-position the entire setup everytime I wanted to simply pan slightly to the left or right, having spent a while getting the horizon "exactly right".

Thanks for the reply Szen, I believe your right. I'm thinking of getting the Giotto ballhead, specifically the MH-1000 model, I believe it has 3 knobs on it, one for tightening the ballhead, one for friction and one for the base bed for panning. (hope I got that right) I'm not looking into the expensive ones right now. (But a Kirk Enterprise Ballhead would be nice though.) Thanks again for your help.
