So the package arrived, and I was going to pimp my Gitzo.
Basically I was after the TB-30 rather than the TH-300 hub, but due to a change on the latest gitzo's the TB-30 was no longer an option.
So I had to opt for a TH-300, while being twice the price I must say that I'm impressed by the rigidity, a GT3541L is already very stable but this improves it quite a bit, it very to even feel the difference when you shoot much less vibration in the lens tip.

Looks great! I'll try to remember to take a picture of my setup of a pre-March 2012 Gitzo 3-series with the TB-30. Functions fine, and looks-wise I've gotten used to it, but the TH-300 definitely looks more finished.
