Replacement head for Gitzo GH2781TQR
I own a Gitzo GH2781TQR Tripod. This tripod came with the the GH2781 ball head. I would like to replace this ballhead, any suggestions?
I already ordered the Gitzo GS232OD which came with the plate and screw.
I shoot with Nikon D700's, my longest piece of glass is the 70-200mm 2.8 lens, and I have RRS L Plates on both of my camera's.
Thanks for any suggestions.

The Markins Q3T is a pro ball head especifically designed for Gitzo traveler tripods.
It is also available with a lever type clamp
With a very slim panning base and shortened clamp knob, it fits inside the folded legs of the Gitzo Traveler.
Have a great time :-)

Thanks for the response. Are you saying I should buy both the Markins Q3TJ and a panning base so that I can have the legs fold over the head like it currently does with the Gitzo?
