Hey all,
I have been looking for a good strong pistol grip tripod head that could hold my d3s with various lens in place at all angles. I bought the vaughnguard gh200, it seemed to get the best reviews out there. Well it does ok with a lighter lens but not with a heavier 70-200 or a flash mounted on the camera. Their video shows them with a 5d, 70-200 and a flash adjusting it to all various angles but never an extreme angle of course. Most disappointing even with a semi light lens and no flash it will not hold at exact angles in portrait angles. Is there such a beast of a pistol grip that can handle the job? And yes on the gh200 I have the tension set to max.

Thanks all!
Bill
