I just purchased a Bogen Manfrotto 3021 with a 3160 head. Is this sturdy and stable enough to support my F5 and my Mamiya M645 medium format? I will be using primarily for landscape and general interest things such as buildings, sunsets, etc and some macro. The longest lens that I have is the 70-300 AF 4-5.6.

Thanks in advance and good shooting,
