Hi,

I am not an experienced photographer - I have got my D300 just about a year ago. I have a 'low-budget' tripod and I think it's time to go for something better, since I am already into night and also long exposure photography.

My budget is VERY limited since I recently got my new Nikon VR300mm lens. I found out this combination: What do you think?

Also am I going to need anything else apart from these two ?

thanks,
George
