When would one use a monopod vs a tripod? A monopod seems more convenient but may not be stable enough. I am looking to avoid camera shake when using my 80-200/ 2.8D at lower shutter speeds(under 1/250).
In general, when is it appropriate to use a monopod?
Thanks
Jay
