Can you tell me the aspects of this head that you like or dislike?

I am upgrading my old Tiltall tripod for a better unit. I have decided on the Bogen 3221W legs but I'm still waffling over the best head to put on it. At this time, I can't put out the money for the Arca or similar units and I've heard good things about the Bogen 3038, but no one in my area stocks one.

The tripod will be used mainly for landscape and macro shooting with an F-3 or N-80 mounted on it. I won't be using any really heavy lenses, but may want to use my PB-4 bellows on the tripod so I need a head that will provide good support.

Any input would be appreciated.

Tad
