Okay..I know that lots of people use Gitzo tripods...Now, snce I have told a number of folks about Robert White's great prices on the G1548, I have been warned not to buy it because there is no warranty..

Honestly, what could go wrong with a Gitzo tripod that could not be fixed in the field???

I have even head that Art Morris put a deal on his site warning people NOT to buy Gitxo tripods w/o a USA warranty....

So, to my fellow Nikonians, should I worry?? Though Bogen dropped the prices on Gitzo here in the US, they (B&H, Adorama, etc) are still about $150 more than Robert White...

Any advice???

Cheers!!!
