Greetings, fellow Nikonians:

I recently got myself an F-Stop Loka backpack, which I love. However, it is obviously less than convenient getting the camera in and out of the bag.

I am wondering what sorts of solutions people have come up with. I have looked at the F-Stop Navia, which can be strapped to the shoulder straps or waist belt, which would be an improvement, but perhaps a little clunky.

Can a Black Rapid strap be worn comfortably with a backpack? Would the Cotton Carrier be a better option? I have an L-plate attached to my D7000, which I would prefer to leave on permanently. I would like to be able to hike with the camera at the ready while using my monopod as both support and walking stick.

I am open to any and all suggestions. Thank you for your input!
