I have several filters, and currently use a filter wallet for my smaller filters, and the original, bulky cases for my 77mm ones. The wallet usually sits in a pocket in one of my bags, and the 77mm ones get stuffed anywhere that I find space.
I have several Lowepro bags, and they have attachment points for their SlipLock system.

Stack caps took too long for me to get the filter I want out.
I went with the FishBombs so that I can carry them outside of my bag, and quickly grab a filter, and drop it back in the case faster than going back to my bag. They also attach to my bags or belt easily.
I liked the Tamrac, but too many people said that you get too much dirt in case.
The Lowepro just didn't hold enough filters for me.
