I am in a ball of confusion !
I have been waiting to get new gear for 6 months.
I sold my d80 and a d200 keeping only my wifes d50
Dust bunny's were the reason. I shoot weather fronts in the colorado mountains allways in bad or cold weather with high Wind.
My needs are a weather proof camera and len's system.

The 2 best cameras for my needs are a new E3 olympus or the New D300
I am wondering how long Olympus will continue with the 4/3 line
and also is the new d400 or what ever its going to be called .Is it going to be a ff with new FF len's?
Primes are the very sharpest but carrying them up to 14000 feet is a real problem with the weight and changeing lens can be very risky
Fast glass is best and lens like the 18 to 200 vr are just not up to the task. (had one sold it)
I have been talk'n to my self for days
you advice has all ways been great help he put this in the proper perstective

thanks for your help
