If you read the link that you pointed to, you'll discover that it takes some surgery just to make the lens focus to infinity, which ought to give you some notion of the quality control.
If the images there are representative, I wouldn't characterize them as particularly sharp, and I'd sure worry about sharpness before even discussing chromatic aberration.
Finally, note that this is a 16mm fisheye, designed to yield fisheye images on 35mm. The effect is considerably diluted on DX crop (it's like having a 24mm fisheye - ever seen one of those?).
