Visible Dust - Sensor Cleaning
After reading all the posts and articles on various web sites, I decided to purchase a sensor "brush" as I have some dust that will not come off the sensor. Anyway, I place my order about a month ago and it still has not arrived. I went to the web site and I get nothing....has anyone ordered from these guys lately? Are they still in business or did I just lose $50.

Best thing is Pec Pads and a cut down mini rubber spatula. Don't forget your Eclipse cleaning fluid. Works everytime. I use 3 pads with 1 pass on each side for a total of six passes. I don't even test it anymore because I know 3 pads are the charm. 1st time is scary but now it's easy and fast.
Also I use a locking cable release and set my camera to bulb. No power to unplug. I make sure and lock the cable release real good! I have never had a problem with static charge on the CCD like some will have you believe.
Good luck and be careful, you don't want to scratch your CCD filter!
Photoshop is one big party waiting to happen..
