I'm interested in triggering my D100 (wirelessly) from a distance of approximately 50 feet. I have struggled to find detailed information on what accessories I need to pull this off. If I am not mistaken, I believe I need the following:
1. Optional Multi Function Battery Pack MB-D100 (for the 10 pin remote terminal).
2. MC-25 Adapter Cord (Ten-pin to two-pin adapter)
3. ML-2 Modulite Remote Control Set (Allows Infrared remote control up to 328 feet).
Does anyone out there have any experience with this or a similar set up? Is there a cheaper (ie non-Nikon) set up?
Thanks for any help,

Yes, it's not cheap but what I had to by was the Pocket Wizard 4 channel wireless transmitter and receiver and a 10 pin cord but the cost of the cord was $200 AND THE Pocket Wizard WAS $399 it works nicely.
