I didn't want to post this until I verified it was correct, but did you know that vendors who have an Amazon.com storefront set aside stock for that 'storefront', even if they have another, dedicated webpage?

An example, as I just experienced two days ago: A Tokina 12-24 for my D200 is not available from any other dealer online, and out-of-stock if you call up 47thstreetphoto.com. However, if you purchase it through their Amazon.com storefront (which lists it as 'in-stock') they proccess the order straight through! I called up the guys there and they verified this interesting finding.

Anyways, an FYI for anyone looking for this camera lens, or EN-EL3e batteries (which I also did through Amazon.com).
