I have added three different Nikon (Nikkor) lenses to my AF fine tune.
1. 300mm AF-S
2 300mm AF-S with Kenko TC 1.4
3. 70-300mm AF-S f/4.5-5.6 G IF_ED

The AF fine tune will not identify my DX G ED VR 18mm-105MM F/3.5-5.6 lens.
When I attach that lens (18-105mm) on the camera it is recognized as the 70-300.
Is there anyway that the chip set is the same on these to lenses?
I added the 70-300 first, I guess I could delete that lens from the AF fine tune directory and add my 18mm-105 and then the 70-300 and see if can recognize it.
Any input would be appreciated on this topic.. TIA
