I sent my D300 into Nikon for cleaning a concern I had about the focus not being as sharp as I thought it should be. They cleaned and "adjusted the autofocus operation" and I noticed they also modified the SHARPENING under the Set Picture Control/Standard option to a 7.

I normally shoot NEF files and post-process with PS Elements. Will I see a difference with in camera sharpening, or should I just set it to Auto or Zero? Will I see a difference if shooting at ISO 400 vs ISO 3200?

Thanks.
