sorry for no caps - yesterday i had an operation on my right hand and its now all swathed in bandage.

tomorrow and on sunday i have family events to photograph and am wondering how best to attempt this with my d300s or d200?

my present idea is to use a monopod with its end in a belt pouch then to tape my mc-36 to where my left hand will be.

just now the focus mode is set to c and focus is set using the af-on button. will using the mc-36 affect this method and in this circumstance should i change the setting?
