I need help with this photo, both in understanding the cause and how to fix it in photoshop. I was using a D200 400, iso, 1/80ss, 4.5 aperture. An SB800 on camera flash with a flashbar and a Lumiquest diffuser. As you can see the man is wearing a tweed jacket. It looks as if it is wet on the upper part of his jacket. There was an extremely red curtain behind him. I was shooting with the sb800 straight up into the lumiquest diffuser which bounced the flash directly to him. Anyone have any thoughts on the cause of this and how can I remove this color cast in photoshop? Thanks, Daniel Attachment#1 (jpg file)
Thanks Ian. Interesting enough is that I have a closeup photo of him and there is no problems at all with this odd color, but every photo of him, 38 of them, that were taken from a distance, all have this same problem. I will try the patch tool. Thanks.
There were fluorescent lights on in a 12 foot ceiling. This photo was taken from about 12 feet away. I took one close up of him about 6 foot away under the same conditions except he did not have the red curtain behind him and there was no color shift.
