I haven't seen any professional reviews of the D200 yet, have you?

... That is, except for a preview I have acquired of an upcoming review in a large magazine. (Sorry, can't say no mo'.)
I thought I'd mention that the reviewer (who is a friend of mine and one of the best reviewers I know) says that the D200 is to the D2x like the F100 is to the F5.
And that the only time the D2x is really needed is for hardcore pro applications like sports photography.

He also agreed with my observation that the D200 finally has brought the price/build-quality relationship level with that of film cameras. (Removing the final semi-rational argument of film-only advocates.)

All good news, I'd say!
