"Multiple Exposures" with D200
With the Multiple Exposure setting-What does the Auto Gain (On/Off) do for you. I tried this feature to be creative and all 3 images were very low opacity. (moving subjects, motorcycles) I was in Continous set at 3fps. Can I expect sharp crisp images that are not low in opacity? Any suggestions are appreciated.

The OFF setting is used when the background is very dark.
Multiple exposures takes some practice, and luck to get right so just keep experimenting.
For a good test, try a dark background, using flash, and AF-S. Then make sure the images you record do not overlap one another. Or, for instance, take pictures of a candle burning, then move the camera slightly for each exposure.
