Thanks guys for the help finding the parts. I got them the other day, and had them fitted within an hour, the actual disassembly/reassembly taking only 25 minutes or so. I didn't bother to take pictures of the op, but it was pretty easy. All you need is a 00 size philips head screwdriver and a pair of tweezers. First, peel back the rear adge of the LH rubber grip to expose the connector panel. This is held on by 2 screws. Remove those and ease the panel off (it has weather stripping and was a bit of a snug fit). Once the panel is off, remove the two pairs of screws that secure the rubber 'hinges' of the covers. Replace them, check that the covers close on the panel opening, then reassemble by reversing all the previous steps. The rubber grip should stick back down securely with the existing double-sided tape if you've been careful. That's it!
