I have searched the forums looking for an answer but had no luck. I am wondering if the shutter actuation count shown in the exif data starts over at zero after having a new shutter installed?
My D3s has roughly 271,000 actuations on it right now. Hopefully it will continue to last a long time. Anyone know about how much it currently costs to have the shutter replaced and turn around time? Thanks for any replies.
