I seem to have a problem with my D3X sometimes it shows no image on my LCD screen after taking a shot and other times it works just fine
Any body else experienced this problem

Go into the Playback Menu and check the options under Image Review.
The default setting is Off so the images won't be displayed unless you press the playback button.
If you set it to On, the image should be displayed after each capture.
Note: pressing the shutter release button will turn off the display.

As Marty stated above, pressing the shutter release button will cancel the image review function. To be on the safe side, lock the shutter release button on the grip if you're not using it. It is quite sensitive and you might be brushing it unintentionally with your hand canceling the image review before you actually see the image in the LCD.
Hope this helps...JL
