D4 Firmware Version Upgrade to 1.02
I am currently experiencing trouble in upgrading my firmware version in my Nikon D4 from version 1.0 to version 1.02. After following the download and compact flash formatting instructions, the update option is shaded in red and does not allow me to go any further. I even made sure that networking was not set to on. Has anyone else experienced such a problem? If so, do you have any remedies or suggestions in fixing the matter? Thank you in advance.

Make sure you have a fully charged battery, the camera will not allow an update if it thinks the battery is too low.
Also the update must be on the primary card if you have cards in both slots. It would also work if the CF is the only card even if the XQD is designated as the primary.
Also make sure the BIN file for the update is in the root directory of the card. It cannot be inside any folder.
