Has anyone published their suggested menu settings for the D4?
Also, what are the specific settings for back button focusing?

I believe Moose Peterson, Mike Hagen (http://www.outthereimages.com). and Winston Hall(http://www.tunerphotography.com) have published D4 settings.
To do back button focusing on the D4 it's about the same as other cameras.
- CSM a1: AF-C priority selection = Release
- CSM a4: AF Activation = AF-ON only (OFF)
- CSM a8: Assign AF-ON button = AF-ON
- Focusing mode to AF-C (continuous) using focus mode button on front camera and rear dial

Thanks for your help. I've had the D4 for about a week and am really liking it. Nikon has done a good job with this design. It's also nice that my D700 training made me pretty familiar with a lot of the controls.
