D1X -Capture Control and Leopard 10.5.6
When I go directly to my Mac Book Pro now using Nikon Capture Control 4.4.2 it allows me to shoot and when it processes it shuts down. Any suggestions on how to make this work. I bought the camera used so I don't have a warranty.
Thanks in advance!

I have little experience using Camera Control, but there is a workaround in OS X. If you open up Image Capture while the D1X is tethered to the computer, you can shoot remotely through it. Make sure the camera is set to PC mode, though. Image Capture won't let you set aperture and shutter speed from the computer like Camera Control will, so you'll need to adjust these settings on the camera.

Thanks! I've been doing that. I'm afariad that the new version of OS X (Loepard 10.5.6) won't work with it It exposes via the computer thru Capture control and then the wheel starts turning as if processing and finally shuts down.
Anyone else out there experience the same thing?
