I have just been noticing that several of my pictures have some spots and shadows on them. They are round gray spots, maybe dust? I inspected my lens and found no dust/fingerprints etc. Cleaned it anyway. I then took several test pictures, and the spots are still there.
The question: How do I determine if there is dirt/dust on the CCD (?)screen? And equally important: How do remove them?
These spots are now driving me crazy!
Thanks for your suggestions.

Until you become experienced in "swabbing", you'll need to get the Sensor Swabs and Eclipse methanol (Photographic Solutions, Inc.). Check your results by shooting the sky stopped at 22, > Photoshop > auto-levels > view 100%. This is the only way I know of to see even the smallest dust particles.
