I have been playing with the CS's to find a setting that will leave the active AF point on all the time, or whenever the AF system is active.

It seems all I can set is such that the AF point flashes on when the AF point is first activated. As many of us do, I move the AF around as needed and once the AF system hibernates it takes a bit of time to reactivate and then locate the active AF point. I have set the press of the Multi Selector center button toe Center AF Area using CSM F1, but that is just a bandaid..

Focus Area Illumination set to On using CSM A6, but that doesn't seem to give me what I am looking for...I only have a choice of .2 seconds or 1 second..

So is there way to have the active AF point on all the time?? Or will I have to rely on the top LCD as a crutch??
