$275 a good price for used D1X??
Someone has posted a used D1X for $275.
Just body with 2 batteries.
From a photo studio (so probably has a lot of time) but they said it was cleaned 6 times a year and checked out as OK from the local camera place before they posted it for sale.
I'm looking for a cheap but good body to use permanently in my garage/studio so I don't have to keep using my D200.
Is $275 a good price???

KEH is always a good price gauge for used stuff. The price doesn't look too bad based on their current pricing.

I think if the D1x is nice condition, that's a great price. I sold one of my D1X (I had two) for $500 in mint cond

Ditto. THe last D1X I sold was for $600 with all accessories and an SB28DX. It was in very good condition.
