I usually take pictures in NEF format, using either cloudy or couldy -3 WB settings. My camera (D100) still has firmware ver 1.00.
I've seen several picture posts looking good using auto-WB settings, but how come my camera gives very "cool"/bluish picture in auto WB ?
Does firmware affect the functionality/performance of auto WB ? Does my camera, being the early batch, not perform optimally ?
Please help. Thanks.
