I would like to hear your opinion about buing a D1 or D1x. Is it worth to wait till the D1x comes or not.

The latest versions of the D1 are much improved over the first cameras, offering better colour and less noise. The price has also been substantially reduced while Nikon phases in the new models.
OTOH the D1x will offer twice the resolution of the D1 and will output to known colour spaces meaning colour in the JPEG modes should be much more accurate.
It's not really possible to form any sort of detailed opinion on just how good the D1x will be at the moment since Nikon haven't released any sample photos yet. However you might like to read Rob Galbraith's comments on the camera at http://www.robgalbraith.com/diginews/2001-02/2001_02_12_d1x.html.
Another factor is how long you're prepared to wait: the D1x won't be available for a couple more months, and when it does come out I'm willing to bet the Newspapers / PJ's will get priority on the cameras so you may have to wait another couple of months beyond that.
Unless you're really keen to get a camera now I'd say it'd be worth waiting to see some sample output from the D1x.
