Fellow Nikonians, I have a simple question.
What would you recommend to clean up lens? I have B+W protective filters on all lenses, but they also required cleaning.
I’m using special Kodak paper, but it doesn’t remove fingerprints well.
Any advise for safe and efficient cleanup procedure?

A good microfiber cloth such as MicroDear will clean fingerprints off a filter without using any fluid and damaging the filter. Just make sure to blow off all dust/dirt, etc. before rubbing the filter or lens with the cloth.
If that doesn't work, they make special lens cleaner. Again, blow off the lens/filter first, then apply the cleaner to the cloth (do not apply directly to a lens), and clean away.

I am using a small gadget by HAMA called "lens pen". It has a brush on one end to clean dust. At the other end, it is got a small soft disc with a cap. The cap contains some kind of cleaner that is applied to the disc every time you put the cap on it and twist it. The disc wipes off fingerprints or other dirt from the lenses with ease and without damaging the multicoating.
