Just purchased N80 with Nikkor 28-105mm Zoom and now I need help on other lenses that I should purchase. For the most part I will be taking landscapes, sports & racing and have interest in macro photography. Would appreciate suggestions for two other lenses to compliment what I have. Would like to stay with Nikkor however, I only have $750 to spend on both. I have read that the macro capibility of the 28-105mm is not really good and I should go with a different lens i.e., 60mm Macro.
Thanks for your help,

Save your money, at least most of it. You already have a good landscape lens. Buy a decent set of close-up screw-in lenses. In 62mm a set will be around fifty bucks. Macro is either a passion or it's boring and frustrating. Why spend a lot of money to find out which it is for you? Spend the next 150.00 or so on an inexpensive tele zoom, such as 70-210, or the Nikon 75-240. They are lightweight and easy to use. You can always go broke later. After you shoot a couple of hundred bucks worth of film/processing, you should start to have a feel for what interests you the most. A macro lens, a landscape lens, and a sports lens are really 3 different things. Put down the magazines and go shoot!
