Indeed, a nice review. Thanks for the link, Al. I've had my 28-105mm Nikkor for almost a year now and this lens have been by mainstay/everyday lens. For those interested, Bjorn Rorslett made a very informative "Lens Survey and Subjective Evaluations" of various Nikkor lenses which include the 80-400mm VR, 17-35mm AFS and this 28-105mm AF IF.
