I just bought my first TC and am new to Nikon. Bought the tc for use with my AF-S 70-200G-ED lense (also new). The TC manual warns that I would lose 2 stops which I knew. However, it also says "exposure cannot be determined with the G- type lense". I've made 4 test shots with the meter and using pasture mode and the have come out fine. What am I missing? Jim B

Yes, "pasture Mode" is for shooting cattle and I use "fish in Barrel" mode for marine excursions... Or my fingers are too fat for iPad screen (and it as been long enough that I don't remember what I was trying to say). I have been waiting for someone to catch that. Regards, Jim B
