Broken 18-200...what to do?

I dropped (actually, it was more like "kicked across a sidewalk") my 18-200 a couple of weeks ago.

Does this need fixing? It still works fine right now. It just looks like hell being all busted open with its guts showing.

Any guess what a repair on that would cost?

I'm thinking anything more than $150 or $200, and I'll just use it till it dies then buy another used one off of eBay.
