80-200 AF-D: Push Pull vs Two-Ring

Hey all,

Picked up an 80-200mm f/2.8 AF-D push pull (earlier version) lens, since it was cheap.

What do I lose with this over the two-ring version? I've heard AF is slow, but so far it seems to work well (will have to take it out for BIF T&E fairly soon). The tripod collar would be nice, too.

I intend to use it on a D600.
