I have a question regarding the two f1.4 lenses offered by Nikon. I know that the two lenses are different (24mm is wider than 35mm on FX bodies and 24mm is equivalent to 36mm/35mm is equivalent to 52mm on DX bodies). The 24mm is also $400 more expensive $2199.99 vs $1799.99 for the 35mm lens. However never having used either lens and relying on reviews (35mm has color fringing depending on the shooting conditions). I was wondering if any Nikonians have used both lenses who can provide me with your experience. I will probably rent both lenses to see which one I will purchase (looking at purchasing the 14-24mm lens next) but I also value the opinions of the forum members as well.

Thank you in advance,

Dean
