I would like to thany you for sharing the links with us. People like you who took the time and trouble to compile links of these sort, and to share them with us have contributed tremendously to the usefullness of Nikonians. Your work also relieved me of much effort in getting important information about my camera.
Greetings! Can anyone tell me if the F4 manual link is still active. Every time I try to d/l manual I only get so far and it stops. Not sure, but maybe my provider has a "speed limit" and is preventing me from downloading a file this size. Thanks much!!
Found that the link (to pdf owners manual) still works if you go to the first page from above.... right mouse button on "f4pdf." and select "save as"....then let it download. Trying to just use the second page as a hyper link would get you no place by clicking on the link, using "save as" worked just fine. Ya'll take care, Bill

Hi Folsombob, In case you haven't figured it out yet (can't find the blody date of your post on this s... computer here...): the F4 changes the name when it gets a new grip. F4 is with the MB20 (4AAs standards issued) the F4S is with the MB21 (6AAs, vertical grip and release...) the F4E ist I think with either the MB22 or 23 (or both) The MB22 uses a NiCd battery with its own charger. The MB23 uses external power. I also do believe it's the only Nikon Body that actually changes its name while changing the grip...anyone corrects me? Enjoy your F4. Cheers Igor
I'll use film 'till the last roll's gone...or the last lab..
I have been a Nikon F 4 user for almost a month and found this guy's site http://www.butkus.org/chinon/index.html and he e-mailed me a color copy of the manual and just requests whatever paypal donation you want to give for his website.
BTW, the manual rocks. It got me running in a jiff.
