Does anyone know if there is a grip for the FTn? Not the pistol grip, but a side grip. My arthritis makes it hard to hold the narrow body & a grip would help. I mocked one up w/foam & duct tape & it worked but was butt ugly. Thanks.

Are we talking about a Nikon F FTn, or a Nikkormat FTn? If the latter, you can always do this:
Take a MD-12 or MD-11 motor drive. Attach it to the baseplate. It won't wind the film, but provides a nice handgrip for a Nikkormat FT (or FS) series body.
If the former, you might check with a machine shop and have them CNC something out of aluminum that'll attach to the tripod socket (ideally with a thumbscrew, so you can remove it quickly for changing film) and provide a comfortable grip for your hands.
