FG20 and modern AF nikkors
Does FG20 body accept modern AF Nikkors ? My mother in law has FG20 and I was wondering if she wants to try my zooms (e.g. 28-80D) or AF50/1.8 in it, does it work ? What about her FG20 lenses do they work with my F80 (work without metering?) ? And last if I rember right she has flash something like SB15. Could that be mounted and used with my F80 ?

I have an FG, which I believe is pretty close in specs to the FG-20, so my experience should give you a guide.
I have used the 28-80 AF-D zoom and several off-brand AF lenses on the FG with no problems at all. The metering works perfectly.
I have use the 50/1.8 Series E from the FG on my old F60 and new F80. In both cases, it only works on the M setting, without metering. However, it does work.
My FG came with a speedlight which (IIRC) was an SB-16 or SB-18. It mounted on the F-60 and gave TTL metering. I sold it before I got the F80.
Hope this helps
